we know that

[tex] log(\frac{A}{B} )=log(A)-log(B) [/tex]

log(A)=2

log(B)=-4

so, we can plug these values

[tex] log(\frac{A}{B} )=2-(-4) [/tex]

[tex] log(\frac{A}{B} )=6 [/tex]............Answer
