How do I explain that c^2=b^2+a^2 is a right triangle?

Answer: By stating that side C is the hypotenuse and is the longest side; and side B and A are behind the hypotenuse and aren't the longest sides. That is basic knowledge of a right triangle but with out enough information im not sure what you are tryna ask with just that equation.
