Explain the difference between a direct democracy and a representative democracy

Answer:

A direct Democracy is one in which people vote on laws and rules directly. for example, in a direct democracy you would vote on whether the death penalty should be allowed or not allowed. in a representative democracy, you elect leaders who then decide those laws.
