We have: Potential Energy, U = m×g×h
U = F×h
Here, F = 25 N
h = 3 m

Substitute their values into the expression,
U = 25 × 3
U = 75 Nm
U = 75 J

So, You Final answer would be 75 Joules.

Hope this helps!
