what is y−2=−3(x−7) written in standard form?

we know that

standard form is--------------------> ax+by=c
then
y−2=−3(x−7)---------> y-2=-3x+21--------------> y+3x=21+2----------> 3x+y=23

the answer is 
3x+y=23
